RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, Inc. really hopes you enjoy your purchase, but if for any reason you decide to return your product, you may do so by contacting our customer service at 800-860-7866 (in USA) or 800-667-8900 (in Canada) within 30 days of purchase. Our customer service department will provide an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number along with a prepaid return label and assist you with your return.
- Please return products in their original packaging including manuals and merchandise materials.
- Please allow up to 14 business days to process a return after it has been received by our facility.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of your order.
- Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
EXCLUSIONS ON RETURNS
- We cannot accept products which are damaged due to deterioration, normal wear, corrosion, abuse, damage, accident, improper storage or operation.
- We cannot accept items that are not returned in their original packaging.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of your order, for assistance. Please keep product in original packaging as received and be prepared to provide digital photographs of the received condition.
